Farmer’s Share
GrantGras collaborated with Farmer’s Share, a rural revival movement by the Nila River in Shoranur, to support their growth while protecting the brand’s soul of craft, sustainability, and human connection.
We developed a gentle, community-centered growth strategy aligned with their values of Gram Swaraj, self-reliance, and dignity in labour. Our work focused on identifying opportunities across craft, farming, workshops, slow tourism, and conscious consumption—ensuring the brand could grow without losing its authenticity.
We also supported the marketing of Polika Camp, helping communicate its purpose through community-led storytelling, experience focused messaging, and visual narratives that highlighted rural craft, land, and lived wisdom.
Because Farmer’s Share is an “unmarketed brand,” we created a communication approach that felt quiet, honest, and grounded—focusing on people, craft, and values rather than sales. This helped the brand build an organic presence that stayed true to its philosophy while reaching people who appreciate conscious, sustainable living.
